BiH citizens can apply for seasonal jobs in Montenegro



The Labour and Employment Agency of BiH notifies herewith the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina that the Parliament of Montenegro adopted on 28 May 2015 the amendments to the Law on Foreigners which provide for temporary suspension of Articles 64 and 66 of the Law until 01 November 2015.  The mentioned articles concerned employment and seasonal employment of foreigners in Montenegro and they limited recruitment of foreigners to the case when a post could not be filled by a registered unemployed Montenegrin citizen who meets the requirements of the relevant job.  This means that our citizens can apply for jobs in Montenegro in the ongoing tourist season in the manner and under conditions defined in the previous years without any preferences for the citizens of Montenegro in the recruitment process.
