More efficient implementation of Agreements on Social Security with the Republic of Slovenia and the Republic of Serbia



In framework of the Regional Conference ''Regional Mobility and Youth Employment'', the Directors of entity-level employment services and the Director of the Labour and Employment Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina have signed the Operation Protocol on Electronic Data Exchange aimed at more efficient implementation of the Agreement on Social Security with the Republic of Slovenia. 

The Protocol defines the in-depth procedure of electronic data exchange between the Agency and entity-level employment services concerning verification of accumulated periods of pensionable service in the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Slovenia, as well as the entitlement to unemployment benefits of applicants for certificates of pensionable service.  

            On the same occasion, the Protocol on Electronic Data Exchange aimed at more efficient issuance of certificates on pensionable service accumulated in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Serbia was signed in framework of the Agreement on Social Security between the Republic of Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
