BiH Labour and Employment Agency Continues Successful Cooperation with Helvetas

The Labour and Employment Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina is continuing its successful cooperation with the Helvetas organization on projects focused on digitalization and the improvement of work processes.

Following Helvetas' significant support in digitalizing databases related to employment mediation for workers abroad, the cooperation continues through a new project aimed at the digitalization of social security data.

The goal of the project is to modernize and improve data management, which will contribute to more efficient institutional operations, faster information exchange, and higher-quality services for citizens.

The Labour and Employment Agency of BiH expresses its gratitude to Helvetas for its support and partnership to date, and expects that these joint activities will contribute to the further development of digital solutions and the strengthening of institutional capacities in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
